Healthy Chicken and Avocado Recipes

Healthy Food Recipes - Chicken Avocado Burritos
Necessary Ingredients (for four):
- 4 burrito sized tortillas
- 1 pound of chicken
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Take the chicken and cook it over the stove. Slice or shred it into a bowl.
Take your avocado and dice it up into decently sized chunks (or however you prefer).
Warm up your tortillas and start assembling all the ingredients together, making sure that the cheese sits either at the bottom or at the top of the chicken so it melts.
Wrap the burrito up, serve with some salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
