Superdry has made a comeback at Boys'Co with a range of exciting new fashion and timeless classics. Combining vintage Americana style, Japanese-inspired graphics and adding their British touch, the brand has been able to achieve widespread global popularity and can now be found in over 100 countries.
Superdry Brand History
Founders James Holder and Julian Dunkerton
The idea behind Superdry all began with a trip to Tokyo, Japan. Founders Julian Dunkerton and James Holder were highly influenced by the culture and during that trip is when the name "Superdry" and the Japanese theme truly came to fruition.
The brand geared up for an official launch in 2003. Julian and James both came from a deeply rooted background in fashion retail, so the partnership came very naturally. Both founders shared the common goal to incorporate quality, value, and design into the DNA of the company. That level of standar is just as true today as it was back then.
It is without a question that Superdry has captured a massive global audience. The brands designs, branding, and cultural diversity struck a cord with fashion conscious people, including many celebrities such as David Beckham and Kate Winslet getting behind the movement. Their line today consists of over 500 distinctive logos, not a small feat at all considering that their initial collection consisted of five t-shirts.
Superdry Windcheater Jacket
Without a doubt, Superdry's most recognized and adopted piece of apparel is the Windcheater. Having reached over one million sales globally in 2010, there is a reason as to why this is their best selling piece.

The Windcheater jacket is one of their most essential pieces. The jacket features a fleece lined hood and body for superior warmth, a double layer collar at the neck, ribbed cuffs with thumb holes, embroidered shoulder logos and more. But perhaps the most notable detail about their famous Windcheater is their triple layer zip fastening, adding a unique touch of aesthetic to their famed outerwear piece.
Superdry Lumberjack Shirt
