HOLIDAY RETURN EXTENSION:  For hassle-free holiday gifting, we have extended our holiday return policy to January 7, 2017.  

In-store pickups placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day, and require 2-4 business days to arrive at the chosen Boys'Co retail store.

*Due to the volume of orders we process daily, the availability of any product is always subject to change.  Due to the influx of orders during the holiday season, your purchase is not guaranteed until you receive a purchase confirmation email.

Currency

  • All orders are charged in $CAD
  • Depending on your location, the merchandise price will show in USD or CAD.  You can toggle the currency shown on the top left hand corner of the page.

US Customers:

  • USD pricing shown is converted from our CAD prices using the market conversion rate.  
  • Please Notecurrency conversion rates vary depending on your credit card/PAYPAL payment provider.  The USD prices shown are only an estimate for your convenience.  
  • When you proceed to cart/check-out, the currency will change back to CAD, and CAD is the currency that will be charged from your credit card/PAYPAL.

Payment

  • We accept payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, and Paypal
  • Once you’ve placed your order, there is a standard pre-authorization of your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill your transaction. You will not be charged until your order is processed and ready for shipment. 
  • In the case that your billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you before your order is shipped

Sales Tax

  • International Orders are not subject to tax.
  • Canadian tax rates are as follows:
    • British Columbia is subject to 5% GST and 7% PST
    • Ontario, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick are subject to 13% HST
    • Nova Scotia is subject to 15% HST
    • Prince Edward Island is subject to 14% HST
    • All other provinces are subject to 5% GST

International Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties or VAT. You may be required to pay these fees upon receiving your order. For more information, please consult with your local customs agency.
  • Some shipments may experience delays as they are cleared through customs, which is beyond our control.

Order Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you place your order. Please check your spam and junk mail folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

    Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

    • All forms of shipping offered by BOYS’Online include a tracking number and insurance. For multiple orders to the same name and address, orders may be combined and shipping fees adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
    • Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed.

    Shipping within Canada

    Expedited Shipping (2-7 days) for orders under $150: $12.99 flat rate

    Expedited shipping (2-7 days) for orders $150 or more: FREE

    XpressPost (1-2 days): $24.99 flat rate

     

    Vancouver, BC: In-store Pickup

    • If you would like your order to be picked up at one of our Greater Vancouver retail store locations, please choose the store you would like to pick-up your order at the shipping selection portion of the check-out page.  

    We have 4 retail locations available (detailed maps and information are available on our Locations Page):

    2. Boys'Co Oakridge Centre (113-650 W 41st Avenue)
    3. Boys'Co Metropolis (2307A - 4700 Kingsway)
    4. Boys'Co Guildford Town Centre (#1070 - 10355 152nd Street)
    • In-store pick-up for all orders are FREE of charge
    • To pick-up your order, please bring a print out of your order receipt and one piece of Photo ID that matches the name of the order.  To arrange for someone else to pick-up your order, please email us at customerservice@boysco.com or call us at 1-888-4BOYSCO (1-888-426-9726).
    • Please note that it may take up to 3 days to ensure your complete order is ready for pick-up at a retail location.  We will send you a notification email when your full order is processed that will detail when your order will be ready for pick-up.
    • Please note that items will be held in store for 30 days.  After 30 days, we will contact you via telephone and/or email to confirm how you will like to proceed with your order.
    • Orders picked-up in store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after pick-up.

    Expedited Shipping (4-7 Business Days*) on orders $300 or more: FREE

    Expedited Shipping (4-7 Business Days*) on orders under $300: $24.99CAD Flat Rate
