Online Return Policy – Worry Free Returns!
Not happy? Disappointed? A "What was I thinking" moment? We get it! We are happy (genuinely) to refund or exchange merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE MERCHANDISE 40% OFF OR MORE (NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND, NO STORE CREDIT). NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ON PREVIOUS PURCHASES.
All returns will be processed back to the original method of payment. Boys’ Co does not offer returns or exchanges on undergarments, masks, swimwear, or products that are worn, washed, or damaged. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Boys'Co. Footwear must be returned with original shoe box in its original condition. If you have a question regarding a warranty or quality issue for your product, please contact Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Online purchases may also be returned by mail, or returned/exchanged in-store at one of our Lower Mainland retail stores.
In-store Return Process:
Simply head into any of our Vancouver Lower Mainland retail stores to exchange or refund your items (for addresses and contact information to any of our retail stores, please click on the Locations tab). Remember to bring your unworn items and order receipt. This is important.
Please Note: When returning PAYPAL transactions in-store, the refund will be processed from the Boys'Co Corporate office. It may take up to 2 business days for you to see the refund in your PAYPAL account. For additional inquiries, please email us at email@example.com.
*If you have chosen to pick-up your order in store, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days from the date of pick-up.
Mail Return Process:
Before you send your item(s) back to Boys’ Co, please first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you a Return Number. Please write this Return Number in large, clearly visible print on the outside of your shipping box. Please enclose the order receipt and unworn items you wish to return, and ship to*:

Please use a postal service that has a tracking number and insurance, as Boys'Co is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please also note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your parcel, we will process the return within 2 business days, and will send you an email confirmation. Financial Institutions may require additional days to process your refund before funds are returned to the account.

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases due to long transit times & shipping costs. If you would like another size/style, please contact us to process a refund for your current item, and place a new order for your desired size/style.
Return Process for US Customers:
Before you send your items back to us please contact us at email@example.com to request a Return Number. Returns from the US should be shipped with United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns with any other service other that USPS will incur brokerage fees, which may be deducted from your refund at the discretion of Boys'Co. Please make sure to declare any returned merchandise as "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this, the return may not be cleared or may incur additional fees.
